The department conducts inspections and analysis related to raw material testing for food packaging and new health food product development. These are carried out using the latest inspection and analysis equipment in a state-of-the-art development environment, for example, a Class 100 clean room, in order to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
Bio Testing Laboratory
This labortory conducts high-precision testing of microorganisms in an environment that conforms to Class 100 standards.
Konnyaku Quality Testing Laboratory
This laboratory is in charge of quality control testing for the raw materials used in the production of konnyaku and other products. It is also responsible for developing new products with concepts that break away from traditional thinking.
Chemical Testing Laboratory
This laboratory analyzes the components of raw materials used in food production, such as proteins, amino acids and a wide range of vitamins and minerals.
Instrument Analysis Laboratory
This laboratory conducts high-performance liquid and gas chromatography weight analysis tests to ensure that a high level of quality is maintained using a leading edge analysis device.
